You thought I abandoned this blog? Wrong! Have a finished commission i finished after the last steampunk picture. I didn´t have the time to put a proper WIP-and-finished-piece-post together for both of them, but they will follow, soon.
(I was busy with sewing and wearing Roxy cosplays <3)
The piece is 6,4x8,9cm/2,5x3,5Inches
I used toned paper (light blue, blue, light yellow, coloured it with pebeo Colorex “Cobalt blue”), Canson Montval watercolour paper(200mg), Inka Gold, Maya Gold(Gold, Bronce), grained white paint and Pebeo Colorex.
The Paper was cut with wit X—ACTO Knifes.(Yes, I destroyed one).
The commission was made for the wonderful, beautiful and absolutely great ipath-ipaws. Thank you so much!
She wished for my favourite Fairytale/Legend, and I chose the Legend of Ys. The sinful princes Dahut turned into a mermaid and is said to sing and brush her long, blonde hair until now, while the ancient bells of Ys are said to ring from time to time.
(My English is a catastrophe, so please correct me if there are any mistakes)
The wonderful and talented steamandstags did this awesome piece of art for me. It’s so beautiful and I really really love it!
This is so cute, I HAD to reblog this. I hope, it’s not too late already to be one of the first 20 to preorder the comic. I’m not often that excited about a Comic, but this one is just too adorable!
Radioactive ASL Interpretation
As some of you may know I am learning german sign language and love translating songs into sign! Yesterday I saw a wonderful interpretation of the song Radioactive by Imagine Dragons from the amazing asl youtuber Alissa and decided to try my hands on it!
I usually sign in german sign language (DGS) though, mind you! I really want to keep making these video and I am working on a next idea already. Next time I will be more brave with my expressions! Glasmond did the editing and filming <3
I hope you enjoy the video <3
This is really awesome! I’m really curiouse if deaf people enjoy music when it’s translated like this. MissCherry, you really should translate “Sie hört Musik nur wenn sie laut ist” from Herbert Grönemeyer!
You know, that one with the awesome loner female lead with a swell braid in her hair
The one who was associated with a certain element
And had an optimistic little sister she loved a lot
I especially loved the part where her dress transformed into a different
Oh, but let’s not forget the great male characters!
Like the sweet blonde guy
And the stern but handsome brunette
Yeah, it was such a great and unique film!
